Welcome to StayKindly. "We", "us" and "our" refer to StayKindly. StayKindly operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). StayKindly is powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Access and account
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have your parent or guardian's consent. You agree that the information you provide (such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details) is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
2. Our products
We try to represent our products accurately, but colors and appearance may differ on your screen. Individual results and wear time vary by person. Check the ingredient list and patch test before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Product descriptions may change at any time. We may discontinue any product and limit quantities.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order for any reason, and an order is not accepted until we confirm it. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 7. Optional tools and third-party links
We may give you access to third-party tools and links to third-party sites, which we do not monitor or control. They are provided "as is" and "as available", and you use them at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm related to third-party sites, tools, products or services.
8. Relationship with Shopify
StayKindly is powered by Shopify, but any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with StayKindly. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases from us.
9. Privacy
Personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.
10. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display it in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent that you own or have the rights to your Feedback and that it will not violate any third party's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or harmful content. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback.

These Terms are governed by the federal and state courts in the jurisdiction where StayKindly is headquartered, and you and StayKindly consent to venue and personal jurisdiction there.
