You have 30 days after your order arrives to ask for a return.
- Email samirzazai122@gmail.com with your order number.
- For hygiene reasons, lip products must be unused and unopened to be returned.
- We send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
